North on HWY101:

Take the Central Windsor Exit. Get into the left lane and turn left. Stay in the middle lane. Go under 101 overpass, and continue through 2 stop lights (you're now on Windsor River Road). Turn right onto Bell Road. Turn Left onto McClelland Drive. Drive one block. Lupe's Diner is on the corner across from Cafe Noto. Plenty of parking.

From Healdsburg heading
South on HWY 101:
